When will I receive my Order?

After processing of order ( 3-6 days) , delivery time within the United States is 12-20 days, and up to 60 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Please Allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, but usually only takes 3-6 days. 

 

I did not receive all of the items I ordered in my package. Why?

Occasionally items ship separately depending on the size and availability of the product you ordered. If you receive multiple shipping confirmation emails, you will receive the remainder of your order in a separate package. 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All orders are FINAL SALE and we do not offer warranty on any products.

If items are defective or damaged once received, we will ask you to send photos of the product in order for a refund to take place. All refund and exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For further inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Support Team on our Contact Us page.

 
USPS confirmed delivery of my item but it was not received.

If your package can not be found or has not been delivered, we suggest that you contact USPS in order to locate the missing/stolen item(s). Topnerdgear is not responsible for: any non-delivery, mis-delivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the delivery of Your Order, when it is confirmed delivered by the shipping tracking number.

My tracking number says status not available or Pre-Shipment?

When we give you your tracking number it takes 5-10 days for the first update. Sometimes USPS doesn't scan the package so it will say pre-shipment until it gets scanned, but we assure that if you have a tracking number it means your order has been shipped and is on it's way!
